What data do we store?
Codidea and its product OptimPOS may store the following personal data: full name, email address, phone number, transaction history (in OptimPOS), IP address, and basic website browsing data. Phone and email data is used exclusively to send notifications via WhatsApp Business Cloud API and invoices by email.
How to request deletion?
You can request the deletion of your personal data through any of the following channels. We will process your request within a maximum of 30 business days and confirm the deletion through the same contact method.
By email
Send an email to contact@codidea.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include in the message: your full name, the email or phone number registered, and the Codidea product or service from which you want your data deleted (website / OptimPOS).

Contact via WhatsAppData on WhatsApp (Meta)
Messages sent via WhatsApp are processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. under their own privacy policies. To request data deletion directly from Meta or to block future WhatsApp messages, visit the WhatsApp Help Center at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy or block the number directly from the WhatsApp app.
Data deletion in OptimPOS
If you are an end user of a business using OptimPOS and wish to delete your data (phone number, email, purchase history), you can request this directly from the business where you were registered or contact Codidea directly. We will coordinate the deletion with the client business within the established timeframe.
Response timeframe
We handle all deletion requests within a maximum of 30 business days. In exceptional cases where the law requires retaining certain data (tax, accounting, or legal obligations), we will inform you of the reasons and the additional time required. Once deletion is processed, the erased data cannot be recovered.
